He earned a Certificate of Legal Education from the Norman Manley Law School in Jamaica in 1987. Mr. Turnquest was called to The Bahamas Bar in the same year and is a member of The Bahamas Bar Association. His practice areas include Commercial and Civil Litigation (including personal injuries), Employment Law, Insolvency, Admiralty Law and Medical Malpractice.
