This representation included regulatory, general corporate advice and advice to the independent directors on the acquisition of major shareholder shares and expansion into overseas markets. They have also advised international telecommunications companies on the regulatory regime in The Bahamas and other governmental permits necessary to conduct business in The Bahamas.
