Mr. Turnquest was called to The Bahamas Bar in the same year and is a member of The Bahamas Bar Association. His practice areas include Commercial and Civil Litigation (including personal injuries), Employment Law, Insolvency, Admiralty Law and Medical Malpractice.

Courtney Pearce received her B. A. in International Politics from Colgate University in New York. Ms. Pearce went on to study at the University of Buckingham where she graduated with Upper Second Class Honours in 2005. During her year at Bar School, Ms. Pearce was very active in the Pro Bono Legal Advice Centre of the College of Law and negotiated a settlement between her clients and their local Council in a property dispute. Ms. Pearce was called to the Bar in England and Wales in July 2006 and to the Bahamas Bar in December 2006. She currently works in litigation and is building her specialization in Corporate and Trust Law.

She has served as president and public relations officer at the University of the West Indies at The College of The Bahamas Law Society.
