In October 2009, Mr. Smith received the honour of appointment to King’s Counsel, the highest appointment a member of the Bahamas or the UK Bar can achieve. The title of KC, which entitles the bearer to address the highest court in the U.K., the Privy Council, has been bestowed on fewer than one percent of The Bahamas’ practicing attorneys.

In 2012 Ms. Rolle earned an Associates of Arts degree in Law and Criminal Justice from the College of The Bahamas which earned her a placement on the President’s List. She then pursued a Bachelor of Law with Upper Second Class Honours from the University of the West Indies in 2015 then attended the Eugene Dupuch Law School where she received a Legal Education Certificate in 2017, the same year she was called to The Bahamas Bar. She has served as president and public relations officer at the University of the West Indies at The College of The Bahamas Law Society.
